Duties

• Represent emerging companies and investment funds in various transactions.
• Engage in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
• Collaborate with entrepreneurs and venture capital funds in Spanish-speaking markets.

Requirements

• JD or LLM degree.
• Prior work experience in Latin America preferred.
• Experience with emerging companies and venture capital financings strongly preferred.
• Admission to the California and/or New York Bar required.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
