Location:

• Leesburg, Virginia

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, custody, child and spousal support, property division, and related legal issues

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including separation agreements, parenting plans, and settlement proposals

• Provide clear, strategic, and compassionate legal counsel to clients in emotionally charged situations

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to deliver consistent and comprehensive client service

• Participate in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

• Maintain case files, meet deadlines, and uphold high professional and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Virginia

• Experience handling family law cases preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse and active caseload

• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation capabilities

• Commitment to integrity, empathy, and professionalism

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Virginia State Bar in good standing

Skills:

• Expertise in family law, including custody, support, and property matters
