A law firm seeks a qualified Senior Litigation Attorney to join its Texas practice in Irving, TX. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage in real estate and creditors' rights law within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Duties

• Manage and oversee real estate and creditors' rights cases.
• Utilize case management software to handle assigned matters.
• Appear in court and travel as necessary for case requirements.
• Provide superior client care and proactive communication.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors' rights practice.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.
• Self-starter with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the Texas Bar.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
