Business Immigration Associate Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join the Immigration Practice Group in Cleveland, OH. The candidate must hold a current and active law license.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day tasks and the strategic process of case management.
• Handle a variety of immigration matters, including H-1B, O-1, L-1 visas, and PERM and employment-based petition visas.
• Prepare and review immigration applications and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing questions during the immigration process.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience handling business immigration matters in a law firm setting.
• Experience with H-1B, O-1, and L-1 visas.
• Experience with PERM and employment-based immigration petition visas, including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Current and active law license.
