Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join its office in Columbia, Maryland. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of civil litigation matters with sophisticated clients.

Duties

• Handle general commercial litigation and professional liability cases.
• Engage in construction, human trafficking, or sexual abuse litigation.
• Participate in mass torts, class action, and employment litigation.
• Manage products liability cases.
• Collaborate with a national practice team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Maryland.
• Motivated to assume responsibility for legal matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland.
