Associate Civil Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks an Associate Civil Litigation Attorney in Boca Raton, FL. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced litigators and handle a diverse docket—including business, family, agricultural, real estate, foreclosure, and personal injury matters—gaining comprehensive courtroom and negotiation experience.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis to inform case strategies.

• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents.

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions.

• Collaborate on case planning and strategy sessions with senior attorneys.

• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients.

Requirements

• Active admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, with demonstrated drafting and advocacy skills.

• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for client interests.

• Strong analytical prowess and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of managing individual caseloads within a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
