Job Overview:
A law firm located in Eagle, ID, is currently seeking an experienced Attorney with a primary focus on business transactions or a complementary area of law. The firm offers modern infrastructure, including advanced legal software, professional bookkeeping services, and dedicated administrative support. Attorneys participate in weekly team strategy meetings to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the firm.

Duties:

• Deliver legal services to clients on a range of business-related matters

• Prepare and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions

• Represent clients in court proceedings when applicable to the practice area

• Coordinate with fellow attorneys and support staff to ensure cohesive client service

• Maintain prompt turnaround on assignments and deliverables

• Provide support on legal administrative functions as required

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

• Active license and good standing with the Idaho State Bar

• Demonstrated background in business transactions or related legal practice

• Prior experience working within a law firm environment

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating various types of business contracts

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

Certifications:

• Admission to the Idaho State Bar
