The successful candidate will be entrusted with representing clients in personal injury defense matters, including transportation/trucking, premises liability, and workplace injury cases. The role demands a strong litigation background, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle complex legal issues from start to finish.

Duties:

  • Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
  • Conduct depositions and manage discovery responses.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients based on case analysis.
  • Handle complex litigation matters, including jury trials.
  • Analyze legal and factual issues and develop strong defenses.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling motions, depositions, and jury trials.

  • Ability to provide strategic legal advice and follow through on action plans.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.

  • Admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
