Location:

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

• Lead initial client consultations and advise on legal options

• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings

• Manage litigation process from intake to resolution

• Supervise and collaborate with legal support staff

• Maintain detailed case files and documentation

• Participate in trial preparation and strategy development

• Communicate regularly and effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Experience in family law preferred

• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for firm-related matters

• Comfortable sitting for extended periods and using a computer/phone regularly

• Strong team collaboration and independent work capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Utah State Bar
