Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.

Requirements

• Passed the patent bar.
• Minimum of two years' experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
• Litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of trademarks and copyrights is a plus.
• Existing book of business is a plus.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in physics, mechanical, or electrical engineering preferred.

Certifications

• Patent bar certification required.
