Duties

  • Prepare and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate documents.
  • Handle all probate and estate matters.

  • 3-5 years of estate planning and/or tax associate experience.
  • Active member in good standing of the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent academic credentials.

Education

  • JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

  • Membership in the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar.
