Duties:

  • Maintain a billable target of approximately 1,100 hours per year.
  • Manage workload with autonomy while collaborating with the firm as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active California Bar License.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate law.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to legal matters.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must hold an active California Bar License.
