Job Overview

Duties

  • Conduct patent prosecution in 5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies.
  • Engage in patent work related to AI, processor and memory systems, and image processing.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios.
  • Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice through innovative legal solutions.

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible to register.
  • Admitted to and in good standing with the Bar, or eligible to waive in.
  • Strong background in wireless technologies and AI.

Education

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Certifications

  • USPTO registration or eligibility.

Skills

  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related AI fields preferred.
