Duties

• Conduct complex legal research and analysis.
• Prepare appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.

Requirements

• Experience drafting and arguing contested legal motions.
• Interest in researching complex legal issues.
• Law Review experience preferred.
• Mock trial or Moot Court experience helpful.
• Must be licensed to practice in Texas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
