Personal Injury Attorney

Location:

• Richmond, VA

Duties:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident cases

• Represent clients throughout all stages of litigation, including negotiation, discovery, motions practice, and trial

• Collaborate with case managers to investigate claims and build strategic case plans

• Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and participate in court hearings

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members

• Work within a fast-paced environment that values quality representation and client care

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Virginia

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience

• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Reliable transportation to commute to the Richmond office as needed

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar

Skills:

• Litigation and trial strategy

• Legal drafting and discovery management

• Client-centered communication

• Multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced setting

• Familiarity with legal case management systems (preferred)

• Spanish fluency (preferred)
