Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury and mass tort cases from intake through settlement or trial

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Prepare cases for trial, including discovery and depositions

• Appear in court and represent clients at hearings and trials

• Participate in settlement negotiations and case strategy meetings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

• Maintain timely communication with clients and manage case progression

Requirements

• Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases preferred

• Familiarity with all stages of litigation, including trial preparation

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active cases

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Effective negotiation techniques with a focus on resolution efficiency

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas (required)

Skills

• Strong legal writing and research capabilities
