Duties

• Draft coverage opinions and litigate insurance coverage and bad faith cases.
• Manage cases, including drafting motions and handling discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions and participate in court proceedings, including trials.
• Independently manage a caseload.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Florida Bar admission required.
• Admission to all Federal courts in Florida preferred.
• Strong advocacy, case management, and academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
