Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in complex mass torts litigation matters
• Develop and execute litigation strategies from case initiation through trial or settlement
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Present oral arguments and represent clients in court proceedings
• Lead trial preparation and trial advocacy in high-profile cases
• Collaborate with co-counsel and expert witnesses to strengthen case positions
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and litigation teams

Requirements

• 20 years of litigation experience, with significant focus on mass torts
• Proven success in trial advocacy and complex case management
• Strong track record of achieving favorable results in plaintiffs' litigation
• Ability to manage large caseloads and oversee litigation teams
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri State Bar
