Discovery Attorney - Creditor Rights

A law firm seeks a Discovery Attorney in Carrollton, TX, to manage and execute discovery matters in Texas collection litigation. Duties

• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories and requests for production.
• Prepare and review document productions for accuracy and privilege compliance.
• Maintain and refine discovery templates and workflows.
• Evaluate objections, privilege issues, and compliance risks.
• Partner with attorneys and support teams to meet discovery obligations.
• Assist with deposition preparation and discovery-related hearings.
• Supervise junior attorneys and discovery support staff.
• Train team members on discovery protocols and firm standards.
• Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors regarding data requests.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state rules and ethical standards.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
