Duties

  • Make court appearances and argue motions.
  • Participate in trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Interview witnesses and draft agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements and perform other tasks as requested by partners.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed California attorney.
  • 10+ years of experience as a licensed attorney.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Exemplary client service skills with prompt response levels.
  • Desire to make court appearances and participate in hearings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage workflow independently.
  • Knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Education

  • Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

  • California Bar license required.
