A Naples, FL-based law firm is seeking a motivated litigation attorney with a strong foundation in community association and real estate matters. This role involves managing an existing caseload, collaborating with colleagues and clients, and navigating both legal strategy and courtroom appearances. Duties:

• Provide strategic legal advice and evaluate options for favorable client outcomes

• Represent clients in court, including hearings and motion arguments

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and formal correspondence

• Conduct legal research utilizing platforms like Westlaw and Lexis

• Supervise and coordinate the work of paralegals, clerks, and administrative staff

• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or community association law

• Current and active member of the state Bar in good standing

• Capable of managing a diverse and demanding caseload independently

• Proficient in legal writing, courtroom presentation, and procedural strategy

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of Florida
