Duties

  • Manage and oversee trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills and trusts.
  • Handle all aspects of probate and estate administration to ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop tailored estate plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years, preferably 6 years, experience in estate planning and probate matters.
  • Bar admission in the state of Texas, with at least 2 years of licensure.
  • Working knowledge of drafting and client management software, such as TxDoc or Clio.
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of Texas.
