Key Duties:

  • Handle diverse property transaction matters involving sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing, and land use.

  • Manage deal documentation, due diligence, title and survey reviews, and closing processes.

  • Coordinate with other practice groups as needed to support client objectives in transactions.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, consultants, and counterparties on matters related to property transactions.

  • Draft and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, loan documents, and related instruments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of direct experience in transactional real estate legal work.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong drafting and analytical abilities tailored to commercial property documentation.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.

Educational Background:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

  • Solid academic performance in coursework relevant to transactional law and property matters.

Certifications:

  • Must hold an active license to practice law in California or be immediately eligible for licensure.
