Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business law, real estate law, or elder law preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
