Duties

  • Research and draft legal memoranda and briefs.
  • Participate in pretrial and trial hearings, preparing attorneys and clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of appeal briefs and oral arguments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of litigation experience required; medical malpractice experience preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under time pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school with an outstanding academic record.

Certifications
