Job Overview

Duties

• Manage a caseload of consumer litigation matters from inception to trial or resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and address concerns.
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 4-5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
