Duties

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish.

Requirements

• 3 - 7+ years of civil litigation experience, including defending tort claims.
• Experience in legal research and document analysis.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and court appearances.
• Preferred experience in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
