Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, from pre-litigation through trial

• Conduct comprehensive case evaluations and develop litigation strategies

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal briefs with precision

• Participate in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and jury trials

• Collaborate closely with senior litigators and legal support staff

• Guide junior attorneys and paralegals

• Stay informed on developments in personal injury law and trial practice

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado, in good standing

• Demonstrated experience or focused interest in personal injury or tort litigation

• Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Lexis and Westlaw

• Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills

• The capability to work independently and in a team-oriented litigation environment

• Previous experience mentoring junior legal staff is preferred

• Legal administrative skills are considered an asset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
