Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Handle immigration litigation and family-based immigration matters

  • Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies

  • Draft legal documents, including support letters, immigration forms, motions, and appeals

  • Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings, and agency interactions

  • Supervise support staff and ensure quality control of case filings

  • Communicate regularly with clients, government agencies, and internal legal team

  • Participate in community forums and educational seminars organized by the firm

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience, including adjustment of status, waivers, and consular processing

  • Ability to manage litigation and family-based caseloads independently

  • Excellent legal research and writing skills

  • High ethical standards and professionalism

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Law review/journal experience or immigration clinic background preferred

  • Spanish fluency preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
