Corporate Finance Lawyer with 2-3 years of IPO projects pqe

Hong Kong office of our client seeks corporate finance lawyer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. The candidate should have experience in acting for issuers and/or sponsors/underwriters in IPO projects and experience in listing companies' compliance matters.
