A law firm seeks an associate with a minimum of two years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures to join their team in Menlo Park, CA. The team represents a variety of market participants on M&A and joint venture transactions across the energy and infrastructure spectrum, including renewables, conventional power generation, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy transition, and energy tech sectors.

Duties
