Associate Attorney with 3+ years of practice

Twin Falls office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of practice with an emphasis on litigation. The candidate will manage both transactional and litigation cases and resolve legal disputes for clients by negotiating agreements, drafting documents and pleadings, and advocating for clients in court. Must have current Idaho Bar license, CLE compliance, and good standing status.

The candidate must have exceptional academic credentials. Strong legal research and writing skills are required. Should have the ability to independently draft documents and pleadings with only minimal editing/formatting needed. Proficient experience using MS Office 365 programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams - is required. Must have a voracious appetite for knowledge and perpetual intellectual curiosity. The willingness to participate in professional networking opportunities and collaborate on firm marketing initiatives is essential.
