Duties

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant OSHA and MSHA experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Admission to the State Bar or ability to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
