Duties

• Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations.
• Develop comprehensive case strategies and serve as lead counsel in trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama; trial advocacy or moot court experience preferred.
• Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies and engage with clients and team members.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active bar membership in good standing.
