• Conduct HOA transfer meetings and address administrative requirements.
• Provide legal advice on zoning, land use planning, and real estate development issues.
• Attend client meetings, provide updates, and deliver strategic counsel.
• Research legal precedents and navigate regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in real estate and land use law.
• Proven track record of excellence in legal practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
