Duties:

  • Draft and review estate planning documents for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.

  • Develop charitable giving strategies and work with private foundations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide integrated legal solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and oversee ongoing matters.
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to team growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business succession, or charitable giving.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • LL.M. in Taxation is preferred, but not required.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in estate planning, business succession, and charitable giving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
