Duties:

• Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine litigation strategies and build case arguments.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience, including civil litigation.

Education:
