Duties

• Draft and review legal documents including complaints, defaults, motions, judgments, disputes, garnishments, and settlements.
• Manage a caseload and update the case management system effectively.
• Prepare for and attend hearings or mediations as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with associate attorneys, staff, and clients.

Requirements

• FL Bar License required.
• Experience is a plus but not necessary; willingness to train provided.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of honesty and ethics as an officer of the court.
• Willingness to fulfill clients' needs in a consumer-friendly manner.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
