Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate with Gaming Experience for their office in Las Vegas. The role involves providing legal counsel in regulated gaming markets, focusing on licensing, regulation, compliance, and operational matters.

Duties

• Advise clients on gaming licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in policy and licensing matters within casino gaming and sports betting industries.
• Manage or participate in gaming regulatory projects.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents with precision.
• Take on significant project responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in regulated gaming markets.
• Strong academic background.
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar and/or Nevada Bar preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction preferred.
