Duties

• Structure and operate various investment funds.
• Advise on investment strategies and fund capital deployment.
• Provide regulatory and compliance counsel.
• Coordinate with specialists in tax, IP, and employment law.
• Engage in licensing, technology transactions, and securities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of corporate or transactional experience.
• Strong client and counsel management skills.
• Excellent drafting and organizational abilities.
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
