• Provide counsel on securities law compliance for venture capital funds.
• Represent sponsors across various investment strategies and structures.
• Advise on corporate counseling and management company events.
• Counsel on fund formation, strategic transactions, and capital deployment.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Over seven years of corporate or transactional experience in investment funds.
• Strong drafting and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage clients and opposing counsel effectively.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
