Job Overview

Duties

• Assist in managing litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and document review.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a large law firm setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar of Minnesota.
