Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling complex transactions and a strong understanding of corporate issues related to mergers and acquisitions.

Duties

  • Manage domestic and cross-border transactions on both buy and sell-side.
  • Advise on acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances.
  • Communicate complex matters effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client service.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
