Duties:

• Handle litigation matters related to first-party property defense and casualty/liability defense

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

• Collaborate with supervising attorneys and litigation teams on case strategy and development

• Maintain client communication and provide updates on case progress

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience

• Experience in first-party property defense and/or casualty/liability defense

• Licensed to practice law in Florida

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Solid work ethic and ability to manage deadlines effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida State Bar
