Duties

• Draft, review, and file complaints, answers, motions, and discovery responses.
• Interview witnesses, identify and engage experts, and assist with or take and defend depositions.
• Maintain and manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado bar.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
