• Represent secured creditors in foreclosure, litigation, replevins, evictions, surplus funds, and title resolution.
• Provide legal representation throughout all litigation stages, including hearings, pleadings, and appeals.
• Develop and execute case strategies based on legal analysis.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and updates.
• Oversee case documentation and ensure timely filings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
• Occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
