Job Overview:
A respected and long-established law firm in Northern Indiana is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its estate planning and corporate/transactional practice groups. This on-site role is ideal for a licensed Indiana attorney with 1–3 years of experience who is committed to building a long-term legal career in estate planning, trusts, business formation, and related transactional work. The position provides hands-on experience, client interaction, and collaboration with a seasoned legal team.

Location:

  • Goshen, Indiana

Duties:

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, trust structures, and asset transfers

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents

  • Handle corporate formation, business transactions, and governance matters

  • Work independently on smaller cases and collaboratively on larger, more complex matters

  • Develop long-term relationships with individual, family, and business clients

  • Maintain regular and clear communication with clients and internal team members

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in estate planning, probate, or business transactions
