Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney with at least three years of labor and employment litigation experience to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time position focuses on single-plaintiff employment litigation and class action/PAGA cases, offering a hybrid work schedule.

Duties

• Draft pleadings, workplace policies, and discovery documents.
• Draft and argue motions, and conduct administrative hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct employee training sessions.
• Provide day-to-day advice and counseling to employers.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be currently licensed to practice law in California or eligible for admission without examination.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
