Duties

• Handle single-plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions.
• Conduct compliance audits and provide counseling.
• Collaborate with clients across various industries.
• Engage in courtroom and case handling activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in California.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Exposure to FEHA, agency complaints, and employment law issues preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in California.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice in California.
