Job Overview

A law firm is seeking a Mass Tort Attorney to join its team in St. Louis, MO. This role involves coordinating and managing multiple mass tort dockets, requiring collaboration with firm members across various locations.

Duties

• Track the status of open cases and ensure timely processing.
• Provide case status reports to the firm's owner.
• Meet staffing needs by coordinating with paralegals and supervisors.
• Assist in developing case management processes.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide case updates.
• Act as a liaison between the managing attorney and legal staff.
• Ensure accurate data entry in case management software.
• Run reports on Statutes of Limitations for active cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mass tort law.
• Prior experience in a mass torts-related field, including product liability, pharmaceutical litigation, product defects, environmental contamination, and/or other similar complex litigation, is desired.
• Excellent organizational and data management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• State Bar License in the state of residence.
